Iranian Energy Grid Blames 7% Consumption Increase on Bitcoin Miners

Mostafa Rajabi Mashhad, the spokesperson for Tavanir, an Iranian state-operated grid entity, has explained that electrical consumption has spiked by 7% in comparison to the previous year.
